If an application from is properly received, a
confirmation email is sent to the email address
provided on the form. If you do not receive
this email, we recommend filling in the form again.
How long do I have to wait before my child is paired?

Please expect a reply within a week of your submission
of the application form. If a suitable tutor was not
found, we will discuss with you further on possible
changes/compromises to get your child paired up.
How will the payment be managed?

Starting from this year, we have decided that tutors
will no longer be accepting money as a form of payment.
They will be tutoring your child as a form of service.
The only exception to this would be for 11th and 12th graders
who wish to accept money as a form of payment, and the
money would be donated to fund a service trip.
